As many of our products are made to order, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed, created, and prepared for shipment. (This time may vary for custom orders or remake orders) 

Custom Fees and International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. However, customers are responsible for any customs fees required by their country.    Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs clearance delays, and we cannot guarantee specific timelines for international shipments.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced.If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately. We will do our best to make changes if your order has not yet been dispatched. 

Order Issues

Please check your package upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if you've receive the incorrect item. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.
