Refund policy
All sales are final for all jewelry including customs orders. Returns or refunds are not accepted.
If you received a wrong or defective item I’d be happy to fix it! Please follow these instructions:
- Contact us at marsnstarsjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item within 1-2 days of delivery. Any request after will not be accepted.
- Please send a photo of your item just as you received in its original packaging.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
- Please note that returns sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
- Please contact me within 20 minutes of placing your order if you’d like to cancel. Requests to cancel order after this period of time will not be accepted as your order will already be production
- Cancellations are subject to a processing fee of around 3-5% which covers the non-refundable transaction fees. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages by the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and then your post office.
- All orders shipped within the US are insured to up to $100 by USPS. If you’d like add insurance for an international order please contact me. If you haven’t received your package please file a missing package claim for a refund via USPS.
