Shipping policy

All my products are handcrafted by me and take time to make. Please check the description of the product for when you can expect your order. 

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation and tracking number via email:

2-7 days for domestic shipping
2-6 weeks for international shipping, depending on location and customs

Custom Fees and International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. However, customers are responsible for any customs fees required.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

I are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit by the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded or replaced. If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately. 

Order Issues

Please check your package upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if you've received the incorrect item. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.
